An Egyptian late kingdom plaster head fragment of a Pharaoh, c. 700 BC-332 BC

An ancient plaster bust of an unidentified Pharaoh dating to the Late Kingdom period. The bust is adorned with the pharaonic headdress and appears to have also had a Uraeus originally, now long gone. The head itself measures approximately 3.5" H x 4" W x 2.25" D, and Included with the sale is a contemporary wood and acrylic case to display the fragment. The measurements listed below are for the display box and to more accurately determine shipping costs. The piece was acquired approximately 30 years ago from a collection where it had been since the late 1950's.
