Commentary

"Roosevelt Red Ware, also known as Salado Red Ware and Salado Polychrome, was found across large areas of Mexico and Arizona. This late prehistoric tradition involves the combining of white, red, and black paint in various configurations along with morphological and compositional characteristics. This tradition began about AD 1280-1290 and lasted until at least AD 1450 based on tree-ring dating. "
