18th Century French Louis XV Buffet in Walnut
A 18th century French Louis XV buffet made of walnut with pine as a secondary wood, with two arched doors above a carved apron ended by two scrolls feet and oak branches carved above the doors. This buffet is typical from the South of France, Provence.
Originally this type of buffet were used as a dough box with the top sliding. The conversion was done probably in the 1960s. Restoration on the back two legs. The finish is a waxed patina and it is a well-proportioned sideboard.
