An early 19th c. Country French plate rack from Normandy made of cherry wood with both pegged and mortise & tenon construction. Shelves with turned spindles are tall enough to display large plates: height of bottom shelf is 14", middle is 13" and top is 18". Two cabinet doors with carved decoration brass knobs and a shelf below to store larger pots and serving pieces. 78.5"w x 47"w x 12.5"d (14.4"d feet)
