Bjorn Wiinblad's Sarastro porcelain china in white and gold was inspired by Mozart's "Magic Flute" opera. Probably the most complex Rosenthal studio line form with detailed relief of opera scenes and the respective libretto text in the ornamental Wiinblad handwriting on the undersides. Complete service for six which includes salad, dinner and butter plate, tea cup and saucer. Also included in the collection are 13" platter, 15" platter, 7" vegetable bowl, 8" vegetable bowl, coffee and tea pots, creamer and sugar bowl with tray and covered sauce boat. Pristine condition; were used only for display purposes.
