Antique Country French 8-day "comtoise" case clock. Circa mid 1800's. Oak case. This charming long case clock houses an enameled dial with Roman numerals and stamped brass hands. It features the clock maker's name Eas Hagneaux and the town it was made á Coudres. Pediment fronton of thin repousse depicts a cornucopia urn flanked by birds. The lower case features a hand carved flower basket. Normandy, France. Working order.
