Kramer Peacock Blue Green Eye Pin. Louis Kramer started his jewelry company in New York in 1943, and later produced jewelry for Christian Dior. The company was in production till the 1970s. This piece would be from the early 1970s. The pin is made of gilt metal fashioned to look like a human eye with lashes with a large glass stone with peacock blue and green crackle glazing, which shimmers when the light catches it. A striking piece, it measure about 3 inches long and about 1 1/2 inches wide, and about 1/2 inch deep.
