It is an excellent and detailed study of the Jack Russell terrier with its head turned in the long grass. Finely executed finishing of the dog's head and coat. Signed by the artist, lower right. Roe is a listed artist with sales to $14,000+. He was a prolific painter of wildlife, hunting dogs, and the outdoors.
