Eugene Delahogue and his twin brother Alexis-Auguste were both painters. They each painted landscapes in the region of Vincennes and also scenes in Algeria. Eugene is sometimes considered an Orientalist. Delahogue exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Francais. His work is represented in the regional museums in Langres, Louviers and Soissons.
