Early-18th-century English oak settee with a raised and carved decorated paneled back. The seat is made of original oak slats with a recently upholstered linen cushion. The apron is carved as well and is supported on hand-shaped front cabriole legs ending in pad feet, the back legs are straight for fitting flush against a wall. Seat, 20"H.
