Ordering and Delivery

To view prices, purchase, or make an inquiry, you will need to be registered and signed into The HighBoy. Establishing an account will provide you access to additional features, such as creating a Wish List and receiving announcements.

We accept payment by all major credit cards and electronic checks through our secure portal hosted by Authorize.net.

Unless otherwise specified, The HighBoy will use its best efforts to ship all merchandise within 5 business days following the order. Delivery times will vary depending on the location of origin and delivery, packing requirements, and method of shipping used. Once your order is processed, you will be notified of shipping status and given an estimated time of delivery.

Domestic shipping within the 48 Continental States is quoted on each item via Fedex or White Glove Delivery. At this time, we cannot ship to post office boxes. International shipping can be arranged upon request.

We ask that you inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival. In the unlikely event of damage, please make note of any damage to boxes, visible defects, or errors when you sign for your delivery, and report any issues to us promptly by emailing us at returns (at) thehighboy.com.


We are committed to creating a positive, productive experience for you and our dealers, which includes your complete satisfaction with the item(s) that you purchased on TheHighBoy.com.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item pursuant to our return policy. You may return the item for a full refund of purchase price less a 15% restocking fee, provided that the piece is returned to us in the same condition as it was purchased. Simply notify us within 72 hours of receipt and ship it, professionally packed and fully insured at your expense within 7 days. Upon receipt of your return, we will immediately process your refund using the same means of payment chosen at the time of purchase. All sales are final after seven days of having received purchased merchandise.

Once the item is received, and it is in its original condition (including intact accessories), we will issue you a refund, less a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges incurred in both directions.

In your email to us please include your name, address, telephone number, order number, and e-mail address, if not apparent.

Upon delivery, please inspect your item thoroughly.  If there are any issues with your item(s) please keep all of the original packing materials and send us notice within 72 hours of the item’s delivery date to returns (at) thehighboy.com or call us at 844.694.4442.  We will then email you specific instructions.  You will have seven (7) days from the delivery date to return the item(s).

Damaged items

We inspect and pack our pieces carefully to ensure that you receive them in perfect condition. If you do receive a damaged item, please contact us at returns@thehighboy.com to file an insurance claim within 3 days of receiving the shipment. Please keep the original items and all packaging material. We will require photographs of the damaged item in order to file a claim and/or provide a replacement. Please do not ship the item back without contacting us, as this can void the shipping insurance.

Authenticity and Guarantee

TheHighBoy.com is committed to assuring that every item we sell is exactly what we say it is.  If you receive the item you have purchased and it is different from the manner in which it is described on the website, or is not exactly the item you ordered, we will issue you a complete refund.  Send us a notice within three (3) days of the delivery date describing the matter to returns@thehighboy.com, we will send you instructions, then you will have seven (7) days from the delivery date to return the item.  We will take care of the shipping and issue you a complete refund.

International Orders

We are pleased to arrange shipping worldwide. Please inquire for international shipping quotes.

All international customers are responsible for any duties and import taxes incurred and for any return shipping costs.


The HighBoy.com must reserve the right to charge you state sales tax if you order an item from a dealer, through our website, that has a place of business in the same state to which we are shipping your item.
