Ordering & Delivery

To view prices, make an inquiry, submit an offer or make a purchase, you need to be registered with The HighBoy.com.  Establishing an account provides us with the ability to communicate efficiently with you regarding your account and general activity. 

For purchases, we accept payment by most major credit cards through our secure portal hosted by Authorize.net.

The HighBoy and/or it's partners, will use our best efforts to help deliver all merchandise within a reasonable amount of time (usually up to 7 business days for FedEx, and up to 4 weeks if using white glove service). Delivery times will vary depending on the location, packing requirements, and method of shipping used. Once your order is processed, you will be notified of shipping status and given an estimated time of delivery.

Domestic shipping within the 48 Continental States is quoted individually on each item via Fedex or White Glove Delivery. At this time, we cannot ship to post office boxes. International shipping can be arranged upon request.

Item Warranties

We are committed to ensuring that every item we offer for sale is represented to the best of our ability. We partner with known and reputable dealers to ensure quality and authenticity. Our dealers carefully inspect every item for condition and authenticity and make every effort to disclose all relevant details of each piece in the product description and through product images.  Buyer acknowledges that all items listed on The HighBoy for sale are used items being sold "as is" without specific warranties of any kind regarding condition, authenticity or provenance.

Additional Information

If additional information or photos are required in order to make a final purchasing decision on any item, Buyers must request this additional information in writing (via email) through our system.  The HighBoy, or any of its partners or affiliates, will not be held responsbile for any claims, warranties, or promises agreed upon between buyer and seller without HighBoy notification and authorization.  

Damages & Returns 

Our dealers set individual return policies for all items listed on TheHighBoy. Any item purchased through The HighBoy will be bound by individual dealer's return policy.  

Please inspect your purchased items immediately and thoroughly upon delivery and do not discard any packing materials or paperwork

In the unlikely event that there has been damage during shipping, or if the item is significantly different from it’s representation on our site, please contact Customer Service at 844-694-4442 or email returns@thehighboy.com within two business days (48 hours) of receipt. A business day is Monday through Friday only (excluding any holidays). All sales are final if we have not received notification within 2 business days of receipt. 

 

Any items damaged and deemed eligible for a return must be shipped back to the point of origin (unless otherwise noted) in their original condition and include original packaging.  Items must be returned within 7 days of first notification, unless items are awaiting delivery service pick up. Returned items must be professionally packed and fully insured at your expense. Buyer is responsible for all outbound and return shipping and delivery charges. Upon receipt and inspection of returned item(s), we will initiate a refund using the same means of payment for original purchase. 

If the original packing materials have been discarded or tampered with, buyer VOIDS shipping insurance claims. Shipping items back to point of origin without proper notification to HighBoy Customer Service will VOID shipping insurance claims. We require detailed and well-lit photographs of any damage presumed during shipping. Inability to produce supporting photography can VOID insurance claims. We reserve the right to distribute reimbursement payments at our discretion pending an insurance claim or while other information gathering by The HighBoy is being conducted.  

Any item eligible for return (per dealer policy) is subject to a 15% restock fee per item.

 

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase for a refund provided that the item has not shipped. Orders cancelled outside of 24 hours will be refunded less a 10% restocking fee. If the item has already shipped, any shipping costs will be deducted from any refund. Notify our Customer Service team by email at 844-694-4442 or email returns@thehighboy.com

Taxes

The HighBoy.com must reserve the right to charge you state sales tax if you order an item from a dealer, through our website, that has a place of business in the same state to which we are shipping your item.
