Simply notify us within 72 hours of receipt and ship it, professionally packed and fully insured at your expense within 7 days. Upon receipt of your return, we will immediately process your refund using the same means of payment chosen at the time of purchase. All sales are final after seven days of having received purchased merchandise.

Once the item is received, and it is in its original condition (including intact accessories), we will issue you a refund, less a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges incurred in both directions.

Damaged items

We inspect and pack our pieces carefully to ensure that you receive them in perfect condition. If you do receive a damaged item, please contact us at to file an insurance claim within 3 days of receiving the shipment. You MUST keep the original items and all packaging material, throwing away packing materials will VOID all shipping insurance. We will require photographs of the damaged item in order to file a claim and/or provide a replacement. Please do not ship the item back without contacting us, as this can void the shipping insurance.

Authenticity and Guarantee is committed to assuring that every item we sell is exactly what we say it is.  If you receive the item you have purchased and it is different from the manner in which it is described on the website, or is not exactly the item you ordered, we will issue you a complete refund.  Send us a notice within three (3) days of the delivery date describing the matter to, we will send you instructions, then you will have seven (7) days from the delivery date to return the item.  We will take care of the shipping and issue you a complete refund.
