RETURN POLICY

Our dealers set individual RETURN POLICIES for items listed on TheHighBoy marketplace. Any item purchased through The HighBoy.com will be bound by dealer's individual return policy.  Please ask in advance if dealer's policy isn't clear.

UPON DELIVERY

Please inspect your items immediately and thoroughly upon delivery.  Do not discard any packing materials or paperwork

In the unlikely event that there has been damage during shipping, or if the item is significantly different from it’s representation on our site, please contact Customer Service at 844-694-4442 or contact us at: info@thehighboy.com within two business days (48 hours) of receipt. A business day is Monday through Friday (excluding any holidays). All sales are final if we have not received notification within 2 business days of receipt. 

Any items damaged must be shipped back to the point of origin (unless otherwise noted) in their original condition and include original packaging.  Item returns must be initiated within 7 days of first notification. Returned items are shipped at buyer's expense and must be professionally packed and fully insured. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and delivery charges and logistics. Upon receipt and inspection of returned item(s), we will initiate a refund using the same means of payment for original purchase less any restock fees and / or any pending shipping costs.

Please note: shipping fees may not be recoverable for white glove shipping, even in the event of damages or insurance claims. This is not our policy, but that of 3rd party shippers. We are always happy to provide alternative quotes for you.

If the original packing materials have been discarded or tampered with, buyer VOIDS shipping insurance claims. Shipping items back to point of origin without proper notification to HighBoy Customer Service will VOID shipping insurance claims. We require detailed and well-lit photographs of any damage presumed during shipping. Inability to produce supporting photography can VOID insurance claims. We reserve the right to distribute reimbursement payments at our discretion pending an insurance claim or while other information gathering by The HighBoy is being conducted.  

Any item eligible for return (per dealer policy) is subject to a restock fee of 4-10% of purchase price to cover credit card fees and logistics.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase provided that the item has not shipped. Orders cancelled outside of 12 hours will be refunded less a 4% restocking fee. If the item has already shipped, any shipping costs will be deducted from any refund. Notify our Customer Service team by email at 844-694-4442 or email info@thehighboy.com

 

ITEM CONDITION

We are committed to ensuring that every item we offer for sale is represented to the best of our ability. We partner with reputable, known and recognized dealers to ensure quality and authenticity. Items listed for sale on our site are Used items that are being sold "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding condition, quality, authenticity or provenance. Buyers must request in writing, or through email, any additional information, including additional photographs, required to make a final purchase decision. The HighBoy is not liable, responsible or accountable in any way for arrangements, correspondence or agreements between buyer and seller privately for additional information, additional work or finishes, additional services, photos or other supporting evidence regarding any item.
