A 17th century French tapestry fragment depicting a parrot and urn with flowers in shades of blue, green, red and beige. Border on top and bottom with twining ribbons with central flowers. Edged with a gold geometric 19th century metallic trim all on champagne colored silk velvet and finished off with a bronze metallic cord around the edges, 100% down insert. Condition: A few old sewn separations otherwise in bright condition something typical of a piece over 350 hundred years old.
