This watercolor is from the ex-collection of Sir Evan Jenkins. Beautifully frame with matting from Holland and moulding from Spain. Framed size: 21" x 24.5.

Sir Evan Meredith Jenkins GCIE KCSI (2 February 1896 – 1985) was a British colonial administrator and the last governor of the Punjab in the British Empire. He was a son of Sir John Lewis Jenkins and his wife Florence Mildred, second daughter of Sir Arthur Trevor., and a brother of David Jenkins, Baron Jenkins.
